1️⃣ How fresh are your flowers? 🌸

All our flowers are freshly sourced and carefully arranged. We guarantee freshness and quality with every order.

2️⃣ Do you offer same-day delivery? 🚚

Yes! We offer same-day delivery for eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM in major Australian cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

3️⃣ Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date? 📅

Absolutely! During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. We recommend scheduling in advance for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate events.

4️⃣ What if the recipient is not home? 🏠

Our delivery partners will try to contact the recipient. If the delivery fails, we may contact you to reschedule. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are accurate.

5️⃣ Can I customize my bouquet? 💐

Yes! You can request custom arrangements when placing your order. Our florists will do their best to create a bouquet that meets your preferences.

6️⃣ What if my flowers arrive damaged? 📦

We take great care with every bouquet. If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7️⃣ How do I track my order? 🔍

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking update via SMS or email. Use it to check your order status in real-time.

8️⃣ Can I cancel my order? ❌

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once the order is in the delivery process, it cannot be canceled. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel.
